NEW CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT

Our Heli-torque new construction cap is installed on foundation anchors between footing forms and tied to reinforcing bars before pouring concrete.

UNDERPINNING

Our Heli-torque brackets are
attached to foundation anchors
in multiple locations to provide
uplift to sinking foundations.

SLAB LIFTING

After installing helical anchors through floor slab,
our Heli-torque lift bracket is installed.
Floor is then raised mechanically.

TIEBACKS

Can be installed temporarily for braced excavations or for
permanent retaining walls.

SUPPORT
Multitude of possible applications to consider: walkways, boardwalks,
observation decks, pipelines, streetlights, flagpoles, light
houses and beacons – even manufactured homes.

Marine

Anchor moorings and float
docks or as support for elaborate
dock patterns.

Tension and Support

Heli-torque anchors provide support
for foundations as well as tension
strength for guide wires. Secure
communication towers, power lines,
ranger towers and wind turbines.
