The BR1 and BR2 are both valved type
DTH hammers designed for high performance at low operating air pressures.
Simplicity of design, ease of service and low air consumption are all factors which combine to make these hammers robust and reliable drilling tools. Both hammers are available as standard with box backheads, RD40 for the BR1 and RD50 for the BR2. However alternative backhead options are available on request.
The BR1 and BR2 hammers both incorporate a positive fitting check valve to guard against the ingress of ground water debris when the air is shut off.
